If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away with photo or video proof and we’ll review it on a case by case basis and may offer a replacement or store credits. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out and we’ll work to resolve the issue. For change-of-mind purchases, you have up to 14 days to contact us for a return provided you pay return shipping fees. Orders MAY only be cancelled within 12-24 hours of being placed. By completing a purchase with KiraPods, you acknowledge and agree to this return policy.
